Deon is the founder and Managing Director of Love Express, an accredited dating agency set up in 2007, which organizes over 200 events per year and has reached out to more than 200,000 singles in Singapore. She is also the co-founder and Managing Director of Divine Connect, a date coaching and personalized matching company and I-MeetYou.com, a secured online dating company. She has helped many singles find love over the past ten years.

Dispute Resolution Procedure with Clients
Love Express has a process for handling disputes which is in line with the Dispute Resolution Procedures provided under the SDNTrust Accreditation Programme. The 3-step process is as follows:
Step 1: IDENTIFY DISPUTE. We receive the client complaints via an email or telephone or by post.
Step 2: RESOLVE TO SETTLEMENT. We will respond and try to resolve the complaint with the client within three working days. If the investigation into the complaint cannot be completed within three working days, we will send a written acknowledgement to the client, indicating the agreed timeframe with client to resolve the dispute.
Step 3: SEEK HELP FROM INDEPENDENT ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION BODY. If the dispute remains unresolved, we will refer the complaint to SDN. SDN will direct the parties to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution Body, such as Small Claims Tribunal, Singapore Mediation Centre or CASE
