About Us

Deon is the founder and Managing Director of Love Express, an established dating agency set up in 2007, which organizes over 200 events per year and has reached out to more than 10,000 singles in Singapore. She is also the co-founder and Managing Director of Divine Connect, a date coaching and personalized matching company. She has helped many singles find love over the past ten years.

She has been interviewed and quoted by major news media: Straits Times, Business Times, MyPaper, Today et cetera as well as leading magazines. She has also been invited to Radio and TV programmes to share about her experience and insights about helping singles to date successfully. She has started her own blog Words of Dr Love and have published her book “Why I am Still Single”.

Dispute Resolution Procedure with Clients

The 2-step process for dispute resolutions is as follows:
Step 1: IDENTIFY DISPUTE. We receive the client complaints via an email or telephone or by post.
Step 2: RESOLVE TO SETTLEMENT. We will respond and try to resolve the complaint with the client within three working days. If the investigation into the complaint cannot be completed within three working days, we will send a written acknowledgement to the client, indicating the agreed timeframe with client to resolve the dispute.
