By registering for Movie Club you are considered to have agreed to the following:
You are required to pay the fee as indicated in the Schedule of Fees.

LOVE EXPRESS reserves the right to change the registration fee and the term of subscription at any time.

Your Movie Club subscription will be terminated without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

1. You are married.
2. You misbehave. Misbehaviour includes the making of disparaging/ defamatory/ offensive remarks or using of expletives about/to others.
3. The information provided by you to LOVE EXPRESS or the Advisor is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
4. You breached or compromised the confidentiality of information.
5. You failed to comply with the Movie Club terms and conditions or with any direction issued by LOVE EXPRESS from time to time.

LOVE EXPRESS reserves the right to make amendments to the service, place subscribers “on-break” or terminate subscription if the situation warrants it, without prior notice and without the need to give any reasons.

You must keep confidential all information received through this service.

You are agreeable to meeting matches who are non Movie Club members. From time to time, the consultant may recommend you a match from their own database whom they found to be suitable for you. You have a right to decline the match.

Disclaimer

LOVE EXPRESS and the consultants are not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data provided by the subscribers. In the course of getting to know

each other, all subscribers are advised to check the details directly with the respective member.

Declaration by Applicant

I declare that

1. I am not married and I am a Singaporean/or Singapore Permanent Resident, at least 20 years of age.
2. When I get married, I will provide LOVE EXPRESS written notice of my marriage with the necessary documentary proof.b.cease to sign-up and participate in all LOVE EXPRESS Activities with effect from the date that I register for marriage.
3. I will not misuse all information that I obtain about other members through my participation in LOVE EXPRESS Activities,and will continue to do so even if and when I am no longer an LOVE EXPRESS member.
4. I will not solicit information about other members or utilise any unsolicited information for any commercial and business purposes.
5. I will not hold LOVE EXPRESS liable should anything untoward happen to me while participating in any LOVE EXPRESS Activity.
6. I will not hold LOVE EXPRESS responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information that another person has provided to LOVE EXPRESS, as part of the process of my invitation /recommendations. I will ensure that all details provided by any other persons is true and valid for LOVE EXPRESS’s handling, usage and processing.
7. The information given in this application are true and correct and I understand that I am liable to be prosecuted for any false and incorrect information given by me, or any other person, whom by association with me, has had to provide LOVE EXPRESS with necessary personal information for the purpose of participation in LOVE EXPRESS Activities.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE FOR MOVIE CLUB SERVICES

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register. By using the Movie Club Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.

User Agreement

This Agreement constitutes your agreement with LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES with respect to your use of the Service. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorised user of the Service. As used in this Agreement, “we” and “us” mean LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES or any successor or assign of LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES.

Right to Use

Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, at our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
A. You will keep all information provided to you through the Service private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you;
B. You will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behaviour, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, videos or audio recordings which contain libellous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist, pornographic, obscene, or offensive language or images;
C. You will not use the Service to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person;
D. You will not post messages, pictures or recordings or use the Service in any way which violates, plagiarises or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trade-mark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or
E. Which are fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law; and
F. You will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
G. You will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, email addresses, “instant messenger” nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information.

Nationality

You must be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident to join LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES services. Valid and genuine Identification Card numbers must be submitted in our members’ registration page.

Marital Status

Your marital status MUST be single at the point of joining LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES membership and during the period of LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES membership. Should you get married, you will give written notice to LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES by writing to consultant@loveexpress.com.sg, confirming your status and cease to participate in all LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES activities with effect from the date that you register for marriage. Member’s full name and I/C no. will be used for random checks on Marital Status with Singapore Registrar of Marriages. There is no refund if you get married before you utilised the movie packages completely. There is no transfer of membership allowed.

Membership Categories

“Classic Membership”, “Gold Membership” and “Platinum Membership” are different membership packages that are subject to changes in pricing prior to promotions. Membership fees are inclusive of the cost of movie tickets. LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES does not guarantee marriage and dating success. LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES also does not guarantee your movie dates could be completed within any specified period of time. The validity period of the membership is for a period of 5 years.

Fees Payments / Refund

A. You are required to pay a membership fee when you sign up the movie club dating service package. We reserve the right to change the membership fee at any time and without prior notice. Your payment includes the movie tickets.
B. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, we will send a confirmation email to you. Where we receive payment for an incorrect amount or payment in a currency other than Singapore dollars (SGD), we will not process the booking until full or correct payment is received.  We do not however, guarantee that we can arrange for the dates within any specified period of time. If your usage of the Service is terminated because of a breach of this Agreement or if it is terminated for any reason, any Membership payments will be automatically and immediately forfeited.

C. The Membership fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once the membership has been activated. However, should you wish to terminate your membership, a request for a refund of membership fees can be sent to consultant@loveexpress.com.sg subject to approval. Members who had signed up for membership for 5 working days or less AND had not got any dates arranged can request for a full refund after deduction of $50 of administrative fee and any third party cost incurred, should they wish to terminate their memberships. After the 5 working days or once a date is confirmed, refund will be computed based on a pro-rated basis depending on the number of matches not yet utilized up- to-date, after deducting the admin charge of $50 and any third party cost incurred. The refund will be processed through direct inter-bank fund transfer within five working days upon receipt of the notice of refund. There is no refund if you become married, engaged or attached during your membership term.

D. Each membership payment will only keep your membership active for the number of dates as indicated. You will have to pay for the next membership if you wish to continue. Membership is strictly not transferable. The validity period of the membership is for a period of 5 years.

E. If there is a prolonged period of non-participation on member’s own accord to meet prospective dates, for a period of two calendar years, the membership would be considered as having lapsed.

You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership of the Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect for using the Service, or add new fees or charges, by posting new fees and changes on the site from time to time. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the Service through an Internet access provider or other third party service, including but not limited to telephone charges. You, and not us, are responsible for paying any amounts billed to your credit card by a third party, which were not authorised by you.

E. No show of your date. We are not responsible for any “No Show” of dates, delivery loss or damage of gifts during transportation. However, a replacement dates will be arranged. Any dates not utilised are non-refundable, during member’s membership or after membership expiry.

It is LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES’s policy not to provide refunds. In circumstances where LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES’s service provision is in dispute, we may terminate accounts and refund the

customer. However, LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES evaluates such disputes on a case-to-case basis. In order to request for a refund, you must inform us in writing via email to consultant@loveexpress.com.sg within 7 working days of LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES’s alleged service failure.

Third Parties Services

LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES may from time to time engage third party services to organise and conduct events and services. We shall not be liable regardless of the form of action for any damages, losses, compensation, expenses, or costs whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential and whether foreseeable or not) arising out of or in connection with or referable to our company. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we shall not be liable or responsible in any way for the conduct, actions or omissions of any person who belongs to these third parties’ services.

Privacy and Use of Information
By using the services you have also agreed to our Privacy Statement / Policy. You acknowledge that
(a) we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information you provide through the Internet and your email messages, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties;
(b) we are not responsible for, and cannot control, the use by others of any information which you provide to them and you should use caution in selecting the personal information you provide to others through the Service; and
(c) we cannot assume any responsibility for the content of messages sent by other users of the Service, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the contents of any communications you may receive from other users. We cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the Service.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse to grant you an ID or password that impersonates someone else, is protected by trade-mark or proprietary law, or is vulgar or otherwise offensive, as determined by us in our sole discretion.

Monitoring of Information

We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings, messages, video and audio recordings to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines, which may be applicable from time to time.

Removal of Information

While we do not and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation profiles, public postings, messages, video and audio recordings that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings,

messages, video and audio recordings and other materials you may upload to the Service or users of the Service.

Termination of Access to Service

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or any other actions that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Proprietary Information

The Service contains information which is proprietary to us, our partners, and our users. We assert full copyright protection in the Service. Information posted by us, our partners or users of the Service may be protected whether or not it is identified as proprietary to us or to them. You agree not to modify, copy or distribute any such information in any manner whatsoever without having first received the express permission of the owner of such information.

No Responsibility

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for suspension of the Service, regardless of the cause of the interruption or suspension. Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of the Service during the previous 12 months. We may discontinue or change the Service or its availability to you at any time, and you may stop using the Service at any time. Our responsibility ends upon any date confirmation, if there is any, and ensuring that the movie tickets are purchased and sent by post to the relevant members. We are not responsible for any “No show” or turn up of members. We are not responsible for any late or lost mail for any reason whatsoever.

Security

Your E-mail account is private and should not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for all usage or activity on the Service by users using your password, including but not limited to use of your password by any third party.

External Links

The Service may from time to time contain links to other Internet sites and resources (“External Links”). You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, and have no liability as a result of, the availability of External Links or their contents. We suggest that you review the terms of use and privacy statement of such External Links prior to your use of them.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of the Service, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you; provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim.

No Warranties

The Service is distributed on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that the Service is provided without any warranties of any kind whatsoever either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member profile, advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the Service by LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES, our partners or any user of the Service or any other person or entity. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, member profile, advice, statement or information shall be at your sole risk.

We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the Service by LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES or any user of the Service or any other service. Your continued use of the Service now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.

Advice Columnists

The Service may from time to time include messages from advice columnists who respond to “relationship” questions. Any statements made by advice columnists are provided for entertainment purposes only, and are not intended, and should not be taken, as specific advice in any particular circumstance. Such statements do not constitute counselling of any kind. Users with personal problems or who may be seeking personal advice applicable to their personal situation are urged to consult with a qualified counsellor with respect to such issues.

Modifications

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Notification of changes in this Agreement will be posted on the Service or sent via electronic mail, as we may determine in our sole discretion. If you do not agree to any modifications, you should terminate your use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.

Disclosure and Other Communication

We reserve the right to send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Service, or of any LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES related products and services. We reserve the right to disclose information about your usage of the Service and demographics in forms that do not reveal your personal identity.

Assignment

You do not have the right to assign this Agreement or any of your rights to the Service to anyone. LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES has the right to assign any or all of its rights and duties under this Agreement or to the Service to any third party. At the election of LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES, if a third party here under assumes LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES’s obligations, LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES shall be relieved of any and all liability under this Agreement.
