Golf Beginner Programme For The Fun-Loving And Successful Singles  (November 2010)
 

Brief description of Programme
Learn golf from a Golf Expert and interact with other like-minded singles over 9 weeks' programme. The golf beginner programme is specifically designed by a golf expert for players with little or no experience. Players are introduced to the basic elements of the game, progressively upgraded through each lesson to reach a competency to play at golf course. The program provides first eight lessons each of 1 hour in duration, weekly. The program culminates to a two hour course management with Proficiency Certificate Practice Test (PC test) on a 9-hole golf course in Singapore. The PC test fee and golf course fee are included in the package. There will also be a celebration dinner at the end of the programme, which is included in the fee. Brief Description of JT-Golf Academy:
Jason is the founder of JT-Golf Academy whom has been teaching golf for more than 10 years. His teaching method is simple yet very powerful. Jason has successfully assisted more than 500 golfer to attain their handicap (license to play golf on the course) and 3000 PC (Proficiency Certificate) by using his powerful teaching system created by him. He is currently the president of American Golf Teachers' Federation and Asia Representative of European Golf Teachers' Federation. 2) Golf swing fundamentals
3) Full swing
4) Computerised swing analysis (video)
5) Putting and Chipping
6) Pitching and Bunker
7) Introduction to woods
8) Theories on rules and etiquette
9) On course orientation and management
- 9 hole course management (2 hours)
- Proficiency Certificate Practice Test
10) Celebration dinner after PC Test

Direction:
Take bus 410 from Bishan Bus Interchange (get off at Nature Park Driving Range). The driving range is located at the junction of Marymount Road x Sin Ming Ave.

All golf clubs can be loaned free-of-charge. 
Golf balls used for practice and training can be purchased @$3 for 50 balls. 

Fee : $599 per person (member). Price is after 10% discount for Love Express Member. Non-member pays $660. 
Group Size : Minimum 3 and maximum 6 in a group.
Closing Date : 3 calendar days before course start date. 9 November 2010.

Payment Procedure:
After you register for the event, system will prompt you to pay via Paypal or Cheque. If you choose paypal, you will need to have your credit card to make payment online. If you choose cheque payment, you can pay via atm/funds transfer to our POSB Savings account or send us a cheque. We will follow-up on the funds transfer / cheque payment instruction with you via e-mail/sms.

Terms and Conditions for Course

Terms & Conditions
1. Love Express membership is open only to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents who are single, and at least 20 years of age.
2. Please note that you are not eligible for participation in course if you are separated from your spouse or if your divorce/annulment papers are not available at the time of application.
3. All photographs and documents sent to us will be kept for dating service purposes and hence non-returnable.
4. All information given will be treated as strictly private and confidential.
5. You must not post or otherwise communicate any message, comment, statement or material which is offensive, objectionable, disparaging, defamatory or illegal.
Declaration by Applicant
I declare that
1. I am not married and I am a Singaporean/or Singapore Permanent Resident, at least 20 years of age.
2. When I get married, I will cease to sign-up and participate in all LOVE EXPRESS Activities with effect from the date that I register for marriage
3. I will not misuse all information that I obtain about other members through my participation in LOVE EXPRESS Activities, and will continue to do so even if and when I am no longer an LOVE EXPRESS member.
4. I will not solicit information about other members or utilise any unsolicited information for any commercial and business purposes.
5. I will not hold LOVE EXPRESS liable should anything untoward happen to me while participating in any LOVE EXPRESS Activity.
6. I will not hold LOVE EXPRESS responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information that another person has provided to LOVE EXPRESS, as part of the process of my invitation /recommendations. I will ensure that all details provided by any other persons is true and valid for LOVE EXPRESS’s handling, usage and processing.
7. The information given in this application are true and correct and I understand that I am liable to be prosecuted for any false and incorrect information given by me, or any other person, whom by association with me, has had to provide LOVE EXPRESS with necessary personal information for the purpose of participation in LOVE EXPRESS Activities.


Terms and Conditions for Payment

Terms and Conditions
1. Notification of withdrawal from the Course in writing via e-mail must be received within five working days after signing up. Request for refund can be sent consultant@loveexpress.com.sg, subject to approval.
2. Strictly no refund will be made for notice shorter than 15 working days before the start date of the course.
3. Registration is only confirmed when full payment is received. A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL will be sent to you.
4. Payment must be received before commencement of the course.
5. No invoice will be issued.
6. LOVE EXPRESS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, alter the programme and/or change the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Request for special food arrangement must be made at time of registration.
8. All cheque should be crossed and made payable to LOVE EXPRESS SERVICES. Please write your name and event/course name behind the cheque.
